Trust me, using the xloc as a weapon gets very boring after a while. I used to telefrag 100-200 monsters per map, but it just wasn't any fun >:(
And here's a page that I found a link to from the Somthingawful forums, a while back, and it has a bunch of info about buying an LCD, as well as reccomendations on what to buy:

It was 1998, I was 14 or so, and I discovered the Internet. I was signing up for a free email account at ignmail. I was playing Final Fantasy 7 at the time, who's main character is "Cloud Strife", and seeing how that I liked the game a lot, I tried to get an email as "Cloud", but it was already taken. So I added a number of absoltely no significance (though most people who guess, guess it to be my age, which it wont be for quite some time).

Now that I'm 21, I realize how cliche my nickname is, but being called anything but "Cloud" on the internet is very... wierd. I've had it for so long it's kinda stuck :/
There are some things you need to keep in mind when purchasing an LCD screen.

One, all LCD screens have a native resolution. Run any other resolution than the native resolution, and the image will look like distorted. 17 and 19 inch LCDs have a native resloution of 1280x1024, 15 inch a resolution of 1024x768.

LCD screens also tend to have a fixed refresh rate of 75 hertz. And if you don't get a low response time (12ms or lower) you get a "ghosting" effect on the monitor if there's a lot of action or movement going on the screen.

Personally, I am going to buy a LCD screen if I ever get the money. CRTs are just too big, generate too much heat, and are too big.

Honestly, that montiter acy, looks like a bad value. Google for a Samsung Syncmaster 915n . It has better response time(8ms), better contrast ratio(700:1), better brightness (300)than what that has. And I recall seeing it for around 300 or so of your american dollars. It's the one I have my eye on for when I get more money. I did a lot of research in preperation for buying an LCD to replace my CRT.
It's Balder's Gate, not Boulder's Gate. :/

Grammar Nazism aside, here are some good RPGs (from my point of view):

Morrowind (by Bethseda Software)
Neverwinter Nights (by BioWare Corp)
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (by BioWare Corp)
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 (by Obsidian Software)
Guild Wars (by NCSoft)
World of Warcraft (by Blizzard, is also a monthly subscription)
Fallout 2 (by Blackisle)

Those are the ones that I can think of off the top of my head. Console and PC RPGs are my favorite genre of game
You soooo need a good web design.

Neon Green text + blue&white =

and:
I temporarily only except check, money orders, and cash.
This is due to new business launch on web.

I cannot accept that spelling.
Heh. I take the bus and train to where I need to go. Work, mostly.

Bus:

Light Rail Transit (LRT):
cplmac

He is a true monster. Stealing everyone's kills
I myself have been playing a lot of Guildwars since it came out. It is a truly great game. I hooked up with one of the Something Awful clans and it's been a pretty fun ride, despite the catch phrases.

(Is that really what it's called? Not complaining, just curious.

"Independance Day" was already taken by some country, to the south somewhere. A.S.U. or S.A.U. or U.A.S. or something like that.

Canada started it's process to gain independance from Britain in 1867, but we never got complete full total independance until 1981 or so.

At least, that's what I remember from school.
I'd like to wish everyone a happy Canada Day. My homeland turned 138 years old this day (July 1st). I would also like to wish my American friends a happy Independance Day for July 4th.

And may there be no rioting in Edmonton this year. It would makes things busy at the hospital, where I work.

FHI has been tried on this server, long, long ago.

May it forever Rest In Peace, and never ever ever make a return to this server.
Oh, and my secret message is to keep the chat spam down, at least until I fix our other computer in turning off the voice chat option.

Is this sarcasm? If not, you're suggesting that everyone else change how they play this game just to fit your needs, wich just doesn't seem feasible.
What's wrong with talking to my friends? I've played on this server for quite some time, and I do enjoy small talk with the other regulars. As Eme said, voice chat is one of the things that makes this server great. Text chat just isn't the same. Typing takes longer, probably increases your chances of developing carpal tunnel versus using Voice Chat, immobilizes your character, and doesn't convey emotion very well -like sarcasm, which is the most important tone of voice for me, and one that happens to be nearly impossible to convery in text unless you know the person VERY VERY VERY well. On top of that, I always enjoy hearing the different accents of people from all around, it's very refreshing.

And I'll never pass up an opportunity to crack one of my poorly constructed jokes.

I can sympathathize with Voice Chat messing up Text To Speach, but there's nothing that can really avoid that. I turned of t2s a long time ago beacuse it was messing up voice chat. If someone is having a problem with the voice chat being too...chatty, they can always put individuals on "ignore", or they can leave the public/team channels, or they can turn off voice chat in the options menu, or they can play on a less chatty server. That's like 4 options right there.
I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The "city of champions." More like the city of crappy mass transit.
