yes thier will be cosmic changes that will effect us, and mostly everything on this planet, frequency change,vibration pattern change,solar flares, magnetic pole changes, but its not the end of the world,,its simply the beginng of a new way of life, thats why the nwo is pushing thier agendas faster,to get it all done by 2012 in hopes they can maintain controle,
main agendas being - One World Everything -religion-education-currency-labor - the other agenda <depopulation> do to the simple fact the people outnumber the elite million to 1,with those odds the nwo would never succeed, i have alot of info on this matter but too much for single replys,

as far as blocking spawn points, to block the entrance to your base is totaly diffrent from blocking all spawn points to prevent monster spawning.
which in my eyes should be bannable or at the very least punishable.
your not only preventing others from lvling/scoring but also useing blocks how the owners specificly told people not to use them.

this is only a response to blocking spawn points...

well clearly thier would be a limit,and if its not doable then its a no go ...the point is to keep 15 blocks alive without being able to spawn more. even after you die.

if i may add on that idea, any way to make just the blocks not die when you die?

resinstall fx drivers.

then re install ut2004

then download only the mega patch 3366 ,that will fix your issue,

DO NOT STACK PATCHES, meaning only install the last mega pack 3366 patch only.

lately there has been way too many server issues, from people seeing weird messages ,numbers and or letters on there screens to maps crashing the server, on wave 1 or mid map or even when the map loads,
NOT TURRET related. then add the bots useless ultimas that kill folks or there nasty block kil habits.and then the turret issues.then the constant lag spikes. its quite frustrateing, so im gonna take a break till it all gets atleast somewhat fixed, ill be on ut3, till then good luck and may you lvl well

ps. i know peeps are busy ,real life obligations and all,so nothing we can do realy but wait ..i hate waiting so ,

since i came back i havent seen nor heard from druid or shantara in game or forums. has anyone spoke to them within the last few months?

im asking because i find it uncomfortable.,i was kinda sure that i would of got some response from 1 of them concerning the ideas, i put in a few definate no go ideas in there to try to make them post,.clearly it didnt work? so whats the deal? whered they go.

i know they have real life things,but not finding the time to even post on there own server is odd. <to me atleast>,they seemed alot more curtious to the players in the past to let them know whats up.

Junky OVERLOAD,, a skill that makes junkys explode into a triple dmg nuke blast killing all monsters in range and themselves,

Medic OVERDOSE,, triple dmg nuke blast and a triple healing blast back to back, killing all monsters and yourself,while healing all on the server at the same time.

Weapon Master OVERKILL,,a triple dmg nuke blast and a triple Ultima killing all monsters in range and yourself..

Weapons.
Cattle prod-zaps stuff similar to a shield gun but a long stick,,,,lol

Turbine-blows stuff away,like a repulse artifact,but a gun..lol

Slingshot-shoots rocks lol what else could this be omg... next.

Sprinkler- a weapon thats a hat. sprinkles water over you that kills stuff

it can be a number of issues,

1.dust in the fan or inner workings of the pc.
2. system file thats minor corrupted.
3. dieing memory chip,or processor.
4.overheatin
5.fx card stress
6.sound card stress
7. virus or similar pc bug
8.pc power source
9. the power saveing option inside windows.
10.Bios issue.

fixes.. First always check DXdiag it will overall tell you of any errors off the bat,.

1. turn off the pc.remove all metal from your hands,.clean,remove dust from the inside and the fans of your pc.

2. run a diagnostic, System defrag. it will tell you if any are corrupted.

3.remove ram sticks and test them 1 by 1 to make sure they or your ram stick slots are working properly

4.open up the side and pump a small fan into it,to see if you run smoother.

5. update video card. go into graphics card option via control panel.and set to PERFORMANCE.

6.update sound card.n video

7. run adware/spybot. anti virus software. lavasoft.com for adware removal prog.

8.the power supply.might be dusty/or old. clean it carefully,

9.in windows there is a power saveing option. set it to max performance..

10. bios. can be a issue,simply enter the bios screen and check to make sure everything looks normal.<if your not nerdy stay out of your bios!>

if all else fails its gonna be a processor issue
or your fiddling with your UT too much.causeing corruptions or congestion on your side.

also if u could give us a a description of your comp specifications ect. it will help us pin point the issue.and is this strictly UT related?
