01/08/2007 The departure of a former DC Player. {BEL}Spammy/Lisa

Greetings everyone,

It is with a heavy heart that we wish farewell to a former DC Player, and BEL Clan member.

Spammy, passed into the great unknown on Dec 25, sometime around 2 AM.

Spammy was a close personal friend to Spacey (*BEL*_e) and we wish him well in his grieving process. From an earlier post, Spacey stated "my Bestest Friend ever, Lisa". We encourage you to send Spacey your personal well wishes.

Spammy played here from time to time, dating back to before we were an RPG server, and during the UT2003 days.

We will not soon forget her ability to cover our backs, both in and out of game, and her wonderful sense of humor.

Lisa's husband was finally tried for murder this past week. The trial started Monday, and by Wednesday afternoon, after around 2 hours of deliberation, he was found guilty of 2nd degree murder, as well as a weapons specification. The jury recommended 20 years for the first, and 5 more for the latter, with the final sentencing hearing being in November. A number of articles are up on the http://buffaloreflex.com web site.
